Whether supplied by us, or by a third party, we calibrate all load cell / force transducer systems with rated capacities from 1kg to hundreds of tonnes in tension and compression, to maintain the validity of your measurements and continuity of quality standards.
Our in-house calibration reference equipment is meticulously maintained with traceability to national and international standards through UKAS accredited laboratories.
All items are assessed for condition and correct operation before calibration and in most cases we can offer repair or replacement of defective instruments.
We aim to complete calibration within 3 days from receipt of equipment in working order and depending on current workload, we also offer a 1 day service when arranged in advance, for an extra charge.

We can arrange full UKAS calibrations if required and offer a pre-calibration service to assess the condition of the transducer before undertaking expensive calibrations at a UKAS accredited laboratory.
Recognising the inconvenience of losing vital measurement systems from your operation, load cell calibrations are normally completed within one week of receipt of equipment, depending on current factory loading. For time critical calibration requirements we recommend contacting us to arrange a specific date for the work to be carried out, prior to delivering your equipment.
A large inventory of fixtures and fittings are available for calibration of most load cell types. If we do not have the correct fixtures for your load cell, we can arrange fabrication of the required items.
